S K Scrap provides scrap collection, recycling, and disposal services in Gurugram and nearby areas. We reserve the right to refuse service for materials we cannot legally or safely handle.

3. Pricing

Prices are based on current market rates and may vary depending on the type, quality, and quantity of materials. Final pricing is determined after weighing and inspection of materials.

4. Pickup Service

  • Pickup times are scheduled based on availability
  • Materials must be accessible and ready for collection
  • Customer must be present or authorize pickup
  • We reserve the right to cancel pickup if materials are not as described

5. Payment

Payment is made after weighing and verification of materials. We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours of transaction.

6. Liability

S K Scrap is not liable for any damages that occur during collection, except in cases of gross negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring materials are safe to handle.

7. Prohibited Materials

We do not accept:

  • Hazardous or toxic materials
  • Stolen property
  • Materials that violate any laws or regulations

8. Environmental Compliance

We are committed to environmentally responsible recycling practices and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
